PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

 

In this role, you will :

  • To design and execute the leadership development systems and processes, that give an effective and impactful learning journey for every employee in their role and position and or other process that support continous learning process in the company.
  • To create and build a new method of program design and delivery (informal or formal) in order to build a learning experience and culture among the employee.
  • To build a data analytic report of leadership competency development progression tracking and Knowledge Management System
  • Create and develop Job Roles, Job Descriptions and KPI, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles for every positions are clearly described competency based.
  • Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing Organizational Structures, Reporting Structure, Work Load Analysis, , Job Analysis and Job Evaluations
  • To support culture building & Internalization process based on company direction.
  • To support for all other event initiative and request by other division

 

Requirement: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in competency mapping & development program; Modul development and program implementation 
  • Good analytical thinking, fast learner and open-minded
